  • In a non-judgmental and supportive environment, we'll explore your challenges and work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. With greater clarity and compassion for yourself, you'll be able to respond to life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. By listening deeply and offering guidance, I aim to help you develop new insights and coping strategies.

  • I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation by telephone to help you understand what to expect and determine whether counselling is right for you. If we decide to continue, each session thereafter is 50 minutes, and my fees are £50 per session. I aim to make therapy as accessible and affordable as possible, without compromising on the quality of care you receive.

  • Your counselling sessions will take place in a warm and welcoming environment that prioritises your comfort and confidentiality. The sessions can be conducted in-person at my private practice in Grantham, which is designed to create a safe and supportive space for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings. Alternatively, if you prefer or require remote sessions, we can also arrange for online sessions through a secure video or audio platform such as Zoom.

  • required. Some people find that a few sessions help them with a specific concern, while others choose to attend therapy for a longer period of time. Some clients may also return every so often for a "top-up" or if a new challenge arises. Sessions are usually weekly, although some clients prefer fortnightly sessions.
